Andrew Bourne

Andrew has been active in chemical regulatory affairs since 2007 and has worked continuously in the REACH field as well as dipping into biocides, cosmetics, plant protection products and pharmaceutical intermediates.  He has written registration dossiers and created Chemical Safety Reports for each of the EU REACH tonnage bands and can assist with testing strategies and interpretation of testing reports.  Andrew has worked at other specialist chemical regulatory consultancies as well as for chemical companies directly.  During this experience he has been active in both the implementation and continuous development of EU REACH and the implementation and development of UK REACH.  Andrew has written many articles for the industry press and presented factual, analysis and opinion pieces to industry conferences and seminars as well as governmental emanations and the UN.
