Honor Puciato

Honor is an Associate Director and Air Quality Lead based in Singapore, specialising in air quality and carbon emissions. Her work focuses on high-impact sectors such as transportation and aviation. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed GHG and air quality strategies, implemented decarbonization plans, and delivered complex projects in collaboration with major UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, and Luton.

Before joining Ricardo, Honor served as the Air Quality Strategy Lead at Heathrow Airport Ltd, where she spearheaded the airport's air quality initiatives and oversaw the delivery of Air Quality, Carbon, and Climate Change impact assessments for the Heathrow Expansion Development Consent Order (DCO).

Renowned for her ability to unite multidisciplinary teams, Honor excels at delivering innovative solutions that align with clients’ and stakeholders’ strategic visions. She was an active member of the Institute of Air Quality Management committee for over six years, where she led the Early Career Development Group. Additionally, as an Aviation Ambassador for the UK Department for Transport, Honor works closely with the government to inspire and guide the next generation of aviation professionals
