Building on our established capability in the Pricing and Regulation space, over the last 6 months, we have invested in additional expertise (including our integration with Ricardo which we will be providing you with some more information about shortly) and established what we believe is the leading Pricing and Regulation team in Australia. Together, the team has been leading some of the most complex and influential projects in Australia and overseas.

Tim Ryan has been part of our team for a number of years with proven expertise in economic regulation in Australia and overseas. Now joining Tim is Richard Cawley, with over 20 years’ experience in utilities and infrastructure, leading the development and review of many regulatory proposals, and, Courtney Rogers, who brings over 14 years of regulatory and legal experience to our team.

Together they now lead a team of 14 water industry professionals across a multi-functional skill set and expertise – one of the largest pricing and regulation consulting teams in Australia.

Richard is an experienced utilities professional with 20 years’ experience who has led and improved organisational maturity and regulatory processes for many of Australia’s largest water businesses, providing regulatory advisory across NSW, Victoria, SA, ACT, Queensland and Tasmania. He has a wealth of knowledge, experience and exceptional people management skills. Richard has become a trusted advisor to water businesses and regulators alike through his pragmatic and strategic problem-solving skills. With a breadth of experience in economic regulation, Courtney has supported clients to develop innovative solutions to complex and multifaceted problems.
