Ricardo to host free training on hybrid vehicle acoustic optimization in Hangzhou, China
The free training seminar – Advanced Virtual Hybrid Vehicle Acoustics – will be hosted by Ricardo Software at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, from 26th to 28th November, and will explore how to optimize the acoustic performance of hybrid vehicles using integrated simulation and analysis tools
With the increasing range and complexity of vehicle variants, sound quality is becoming ever-more important for manufacturers. Simulation methods enable users to optimize the acoustic performance of new products before committing to prototype hardware. Use of the latest CAE technologies can thus help to minimize hardware costs and accelerate development times, while enabling users to create custom sounds unique to their brand.
The three-day training seminar, which will be hosted by Ricardo Software experts, will provide attendees with instruction in a range of skills in the optimization of hybrid vehicles, with particular focus on the use of Ricardo’s WAVE, IGNITE and FEARCE products.
The training session is ideal for acoustic engineers interested in the optimization NVH of hybrid vehicles through simulation and analysis.
