Jos van Gisbergen is an experienced lead auditor and project manager in the field of testing and certification of rolling stock and infrastructure.

As a Senior Railway Consultant, he is responsible for product management in testing and certification and for national and international (European) certification services such as Notified Body and Designated Body, Common Safety Method Assessment Body, Independent Safety Assessments (ISA) and dynamic testing of vehicles. He is also responsible for managing the accreditation of Ricardo Certification in The Netherlands.

Jos is also a member of international Notified Body network NBRAIL.
