As an apprentice, you will be employed by us while pursuing formal training and learning. For most of your working time, you will be doing hands-on work that will help you to gain practical skills in your chosen field.
Real world-work experience
As an apprentice, you will be employed by us while pursuing formal training and learning. For most of your working time, you will be doing hands-on work that will help you to gain skills and real-world experience of your chosen field: whether that is marketing, finance, IT, digital services, business administration, human resources or site services. You will be fully supported and guided by your line manager, colleagues and mentors. By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you’ll need to become competent in your chosen field.

“I’ve completed two apprenticeships in five years. I joined the company as a Business Administration Apprentice. After nine months, I was offered a permanent position and finished my apprenticeship My apprenticeship consisted of both on-the-job training and self-study. I went on to enroll in my Level 3 CIPD HR apprenticeship, which benefited me hugely while working in HR. I was able to put the skills I was learning on a weekly basis, straight into action.
