Biography
Andrew works with clients to help them embed the benefits of circular economy; improving material efficiency and reducing waste alongside mitigating risk and environmental impact. He has experience in the construction, automotive and public sectors, as well as developing circular economy policy and strategy.
He is a Chartered Waste Manager and Technical Director at Ricardo with over 20 years' experience across circular economy, resource management, materials recovery, and sustainability in consultancy and public organisations. He has led work on transitioning to a circular economy on major infrastructure and in public organisations, developing policy and strategy and delivering analysis and complex programmes of work.
