Anup Maity

Anup Maity is a distinguished energy transition expert with over 14 years of diverse experience in advisory consulting, engineering, and project management. With a strong foundation in chemical engineering, Anup has dedicated his career in advancing renewable energy, clean fuels, decarbonisation and circular economy solutions based on expertise in technology, strategy, economics and project finance. His expertise spans the entire energy transition value chain providing concepts and feasibility studies, configuration studies, techno-commercial due diligence, dynamic modelling, R&D, design and implementation of innovative first-of-a-kind projects in Power-to-X, green hydrogen, green ammonia, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), eMethanol, carbon capture and circular economy. Apart from this, he has a strong foundation of conventional syngas technologies.

Anup has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects globally, managing stakeholders across R&D, engineering and commercial domains. His leadership has driven key initiatives in energy transition, including pioneering SAF technologies, integrated Power-to-X solutions.
