Catherine Jones-Morris

Catherine is a consultant in the Energy and Carbon Regulation team at Ricardo, with expertise in carbon market assessments and strategies. She has specialised in advising on the processes and requirements for engaging with various carbon markets (Article 6, compliance and voluntary markets), helping to develop strategies for achieving emissions reductions through carbon pricing. Her work has also covered the processes required for implementation of carbon pricing instruments (taxes and emissions trading systems) through multiple projects under the World Bank’s Partnership for Market Implementation programme.
