Ellis Niall

Ellis is passionate about applying economic and social theory to ensure sustainable social and environmental outcomes in the face of complex problems. Ellis is a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics. During his study, he completed an economic and environmental analysis and research task using Geography Imaging Systems (GIS) that assessed the feasibility of a building development in the ACT. Prior to Ricardo, Ellis worked as an analyst at Sprint Capital Partners and Genius Childcare. During his time there, he consolidated skills in data analytics, research and stakeholder engagement. Ellis is able to apply his multidisciplinary background to a range of different issues and complex questions.

He is an adaptive thinker who is willing to apply himself across a diverse range of issues. Using his natural problem-solving skills, he seeks to find the best solutions to a client’s problems. He is passionate about providing insights which are well researched and concise and that will achieve environmentally and socially sustainable outcomes for clients. Ellis joined Ricardo to use his experience and education to help achieve and promote sustainable outcomes for the environment in the face of increasing climate change risk and resource scarcity.
