James Mullineux
James' Story
James is Head of Simulation and Digitalisation within the Automotive and Industrial division at Ricardo. His role covers the delivery of simulation solutions to direct product design, including architecture screening, system optimisation and plant models for virtual calibration. In addition, he is responsible for driving digitalisation across the engineering team. He has worked at Ricardo since 1999, and prior to his current role James was Engine Performance Development Analysis Manager, delivering performance and emissions solutions for products from personal transportation through to power generation James is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and gained an MEng from the University of Cambridge.
