Lisa Groves

Lisa is Ricardo's Head of Energy Programmes, overseeing a portfolio of 8 large-scale funding programmes and a team of 15 expert project and programme managers delivering high quality outcomes for our clients across the private and public sector. Lisa is an expert in low carbon innovation funding and has recently designed the competitions for the £9m BEIS Red Diesel Replacement competition, the £175m BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund and the £30m BEIS Biomass Feedstocks Innovation Fund.

Lisa has worked at Ricardo for over 14 years, initially joining as a graduate consultant and building a substantial track record in designing programmes that take Government policy into on-the-ground delivery and impact, accelerating our transition to net zero and addressing technology development barriers.
