Biography
Liz Baker is an environmental scientist with a background in geography and environmental technology. With over 19 years in environmental consultancy experience. Liz has technical and project direction experience in strategic water resources planning and assessment, drought studies, EIA, SEA and HRA, planning, environmental management, ecological management and the design and specification of surveys and monitoring programmes.
