Mark Attree

Mark has over 12 years’ experience carrying out dispersion modelling for regulatory and research purposes, with an emphasis on policy development in complex urban environments, atmospheric chemistry, and dispersion model sensitivity. A focus of his work at Ricardo is the use of R, python, and GIS to produce robust, repeatable methodologies for complex air dispersion and emissions inventory projects using both regional and local-scale models.

He also has extensive experience of software training for public and private sector clients as part of Ricardo’s EMAQ+ programme, and regularly delivers stakeholder consultation events and capacity building workshops designed to provide air quality support and identify opportunities for low emission measures.
