SAF coordinator and aviation policy expert
Biography
Rui is an expert in aviation policy and supports organisations (including airlines, airports, and feedstock and fuel producers) to identify, assess and implement opportunities on Sustainable Aviation Fuels. He is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in transport policy, and has contributed to and led work for, among others, the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the UK Department of Transport. He is also the Programme Manager for the EU SAF Clearing House.
