Biography
Steven leads Ricardo’s Strategic Waste Operations (SWO) team. Responsible for delivering Public Realm (waste, street cleansing & grounds maintenance) services. The SWO team specialises in delivering strategic operational advice, including option appraisals, procurement support, waste composition analysis and modelling services to our UK and middle east clients. Steve is a Chartered Resource & Waste Manager and member of the Institute of Groundsmanship with over 42 years’ experience, he spent 21 years working within Local Government at senior management level and the last 21 years working for the private sector in consultancy.
