Tom Buckland

Tom has over 12 years’ experience providing technical support to city, regional and national governments, international development agencies and private organisations on a range of air quality and climate issues. Tom is the Emerging Markets Lead for the Air Quality Practice and oversees a variety of air quality and climate projects around the world. Tom has conducted in-country capacity building workshops on air quality and climate topics in countries across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, including Vietnam, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mongolia, Indonesia, India, Tanzania, Nigeria and Ghana.
