Tony Gao

Tony has over 20 years of experience in the railway industry, including over 10 years in system and software design for railway communication, signaling, and control systems. He has more than eigh years' expertise in RAMS analysis and safety management for railway systems, including rolling stock and CCS. 

With over five years' experience in network design and cyber security, Tony has also developed robust Cyber Security Plans and supported the testing and implementation of cyber security mitigations for railway systems. He has delivered comprehensive cyber security assessments for systems such as signaling, rolling stock, platform screen doors, and main control systems, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443 and EN TS 50701 standards. His work has supported major railways in regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, and Australia, strengthening their resilience against cyber threats while ensuring operational integrity.
