The CHPQA Workshop and Seminars 2023

We will be holding CHPQA events aimed to support Responsible Persons (RPs) in their preparation for next year’s submission.

The plan for this year is to host an in-person event which will be held in Harwell Science Park in South West Oxfordshire. Numbers for this event are limited and so places will allocated on a first come first served basis.

In addition, we will be hosting a number of virtual events, once again these will be held on Teams Live.

These events will cover ‘Module 1’ which will be particularly relevant to RPs who are new to CHPQA and ‘Module 2’ covering recent developments and fiscal benefits for GQCHP, how these interact and key timescales that you need to be aware of.

Module 1:
CHPQA Principles and Procedures
CHPQA Electronic submissions – What’s involved
CHPQA Metering Requirements

Module 2:
Review of incentives/policies relevant to Conventional CHP - with Examples
Review of incentives/policies relevant to Renewable CHP - with Examples
Feedback on Gas CHP policy review and Consultation - DESNZ

There will be opportunities for discussion and questions throughout the sessions and we anticipate the events will last approximately half a day, ending by 13:00 hrs for the morning sessions and by 17:00 hrs for the afternoon sessions.

Registration:

The events are free to attend; however places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis with priority given to Registered RPs and their delegates.

Subscriptions are now closed. Thank you to everyone who showed interest in this!
