Richard is an experienced utilities professional with 20 years’ experience who has led and improved organisational maturity and regulatory processes for many of Australia’s largest water businesses, providing regulatory advisory across NSW, Victoria, SA, ACT, Queensland,  and Tasmania. He has a wealth of knowledge, experience and exceptional people management skills. Richard has become a trusted advisor to water businesses and regulators alike through his pragmatic and strategic problem-solving skills.

Courtney is an industry-leading regulatory specialist with 14 years’ experience working for utilities, regulators and government. With a breadth of experience in economic regulation, Courtney has supported clients to develop innovative solutions to complex and multifaceted problems. She has a particular expertise in process improvement and embedding regulation in business processes for streamlined achievement of business goals and optimum efficiency.

Tim is a trusted regulatory economist with 20 years’ experience across water and other utility industries. His primary experience is delivering water pricing and regulatory frameworks to improve outcomes for the industry and customers, and assisting clients with delivering pricing submissions across multiple jurisdictions. He has been a key advisor in the development of a new economic regulatory framework for a greenfield development in the Middle East, which is testimony to his globally recognised expertise.
