PURE human factors
Human Factors is about putting users at the heart of system development to ensure that the right performance is achieved. The benefits of getting this right can include lower development costs, lower training costs, fewer errors and enhanced customer and staff satisfaction. For any human factors project there are a number of fundamental things to consider.
To introduce the fundamentals of Human Factors thinking and show how you can begin to apply them to your own projects, we have provided a short series of free webinars based around our 'PURE' concept. These use simple case studies to illustrate each element of the process.
P - Performance

It is not necessary to wait until the end of the project to find out if you can deliver the performance you need. There are many evaluation techniques for monitoring performance and looking for improvements that can be applied at different stages of the project lifecycle.
