Ricardo Group completes acquisition of E3 Advisory

Ricardo plc, a global environmental, engineering and strategic consulting company, today confirmed that is has completed the acquisition of E3 Advisory, a leading Australian infrastructure advisory firm that advises both governments and private clients through the infrastructure project lifecycle, with expertise in transport (road and rail), clean energy, water, and mining and resources infrastructure.

The acquisition offers a compelling strategic opportunity that will add further scope and scale to Ricardo’s energy & environment business and integrated service offering in Australia.
